Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days for the products in stock and add 3-7 working days for transportation. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. Styland Store is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Please note, for countries outside of the EU, duties for your country will be applied and invoiced separately through TNT and the final price will be calculated with local VAT at checkout.

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched for you. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order if the products have all initial tags and seals attached, the products have not been worn, washed, altered and have all the original packaging and signs including the metal logo. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (50 Euros). Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted. We kindly advise you to check the products thoroughly upon delivery, try them on for size fitting before removing any attached tags and before disposing the original labelling and packaging.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone Styland Store control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item for a different size only once. Thereafter, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs referred to the exchange.
The products must be returned along with the completed Returns Form that could be found inside the box of your order. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that are not shipped via TNT. We are not covering any shipping costs that are not provided by TNT.
Return products will be prepared and we will send TNT courier to pick up the package. The package should be prepared carefully in order to avoid any transport damage of the product. Damaged products will be returned to the sender and refuse the exchange.
Please note all the products should be DRY CLEAN ONLY. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the products during wearing, washing, cleaning or exposure to sun, heat, chemicals or other substances. For some natural fibers used the color may transfer, we highly recommend to avoid water and heat while wearing two different colors.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If the articles are available in stock, they are ready to be shipped in 5 working days, adding 1-3 working days for transportation. If they are not on stock, they are custom made individually for each of our online customers. That is why it will take 30 working days for us to create them in our atelier, with the Standard Delivery option. Please add 1-3 working days for shipping. If you choose Top Priority shipping option, the product is ready for delivery in 15 working days, plus 1-3 working days for shipping.
If you choose the Luxury sur Mesure option, you should add another 5 working days to the delivery date.
I live outside the EU. Do I still have to pay VAT?
Yes. Final purchase price for orders shipped outside the EU will be calculated with local VAT at checkout. Please note, that duties for your country will be applied and invoiced separately through TNT.
Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes if my order is shipped outside the EU?
All prices are final and include shipping. The custom duties and taxes are to be borne by the client.
How much are the custom duties and taxes for my order?
The prices are set by the local customs. .
We ship exclusively with TNT.
STYLANDSTORE.COM bears the transportation risk. We ship internationally to over 50 countries.
What about the delivery to NON-EU countries?
The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty is 2 to 4 business days. Please note that we bear the costs for the shipment from our warehouse to your home, the insurance of the merchandise and any costs for supplementary documents. Please note that custom taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through TNT.
Please note that potential foreign bank charges have to be borne by you.
You can cancel your order within 10 working days from the day you received the Order Confirmation. Any order canceled outside this time frame will lead to a 30% deduction from your refund, along with any aditional fees that may apply to your order (Luxury-Sur-Mesure or Top Priority service).
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (39 Euros) . Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
STYLANDSTORE.com will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached AND in its original packaging, with the STYLAND hanger and garment bag. If these last two items are missing at return, we will deduct from the refund a fee of 19 Euros. Upon receipt of any order without tags please notify us immediately if you wish to return the item. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. When will I receive a refund for returned items?
When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s), minus the return shipping charges which are the client's responsibility. Should you fail meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you. We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid.
A time frame of anywhere between 10-14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order. Normally credit appears within two months. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Wire transfer refunds usually take place within 10-14 days. The refund will only be issued to the same account from which the wire transfer payment was made for the order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and does not expire.
Keep in mind that the Top Priority and Luxury Sur Mesure fees are not refundable.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
